The Journal of Decentralized Work [JODW] is talentDAO’s flagship product.

We aim to build the first decentralized publication protocol for the social sciences. The JODW will be an open-access **journal that addresses problems with the current scientific publication model such as misaligned incentives and the replication crisis.

We will do this by leveraging some of the most promising web3 technologies including NFT integration and a native token.

The JODW will also house all of talentDAO’s research as well as publish special issues each year on the state of decentralized work around the globe. We hope to onboard many other researchers studying, what we consider, the greatest human coordination experiment of all time.
