**The Journal of Decentralized Work:** Our flagship product — a fully on-chain and community-governed open access journal.
Research as-a-Service: Many DAOs are making incredibly important decisions on things like Governance, Compensation, and Onboarding and doing so based on intuition and what 'feels right. Our core team of organizational scientists and researchers help DAOs measure outcomes and run experiments to test their assumptions and progress in a scientifically rigorous way. Clients will have the option of publishing said research in the Journal of Decentralized Work.
